4Consultancy Model
DOMORA.pro operates as an independent consultancy platform, which means:

- โขWe conduct property verification to ensure listings are genuine and accurate

5Property Listings
5.1 Listing Requirements
Users who list properties must:

5.2 Verification Process

Ethical Conduct
Adhere to professional ethical standards, including transparency, honesty, and fair dealing
Client Priority
Act in the best interests of clients, providing unbiased advice
Timely Communication
Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain professional communication
Accurate Information
Provide correct property information and market insights without misrepresentation
Non-Discrimination
Treat all clients fairly without discrimination based on any protected characteristics
9Payments & Fees
9.1 Consultancy Fees
DOMORA.pro charges consultancy fees for services provided. All fees are:
- โClearly disclosed before service engagement
- โBased on the type and complexity of services required
- โPayable as per agreed terms (upfront, milestone-based, or upon completion)
9.2 Payment Terms
- โขPayments must be made through Platform-approved methods
- โขAll fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

9.3 Third-Party Costs

10Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10.2 Information Accuracy
While we verify property listings and information, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence, including:

- โขConsulting independent legal and financial advisors
10.3 Limitation of Liability

12Termination
12.1 User Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to Platform features and any ongoing services may be discontinued.
12.2 Platform Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
